About Us

Redland Preschool and Daycare, a mission of Redland Church, strives to help children develop physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally in a caring Christian atmosphere.  Parents and teachers work together and communicate openly to keep focus on the welfare of the child.  Both the preschool and daycare facilitate a positive group setting allowing children to interact with their peers, developing confidence and cooperation skills.  ​The preschool academics are taught through the ABeka curriculum.  Basics, such as letter recognition and sounds, numbers, art, and music are taught, as well as bible verses and stories to develop the children's awareness of the spiritual world.​

To encourage creativity.
To provide a Christian example to the entire community and encourage Christianity as a way of living.
To provide a safe place in which each child will develop physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

Preschool / Daycare

We offer daycare for infants (six weeks) through age two, as well as before and after-school care for elementary school children (through 5th grade).  Preschool education is offered to children ages 28 months-age 5 (pre-kindergarten).  Hours of operation are 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.  Delays/closings due to inclement weather are texted through our Rained Out system. The school year coincides with Frederick County Public Schools academic schedule.  A summer program is held from the end of the regular school year until the first day of school for the new school year.  We have nine scheduled closings throughout the year.
